Delivery Policy

All products sold by AI Power Solutions are digital. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

1. How orders are placed

• Add products to the cart and tap Place Order on WhatsApp, or tap the WhatsApp button on any product page.
• WhatsApp opens with your order details. Send the message to our official number +91 76106 20046.
• We confirm availability and share payment details on WhatsApp. Your order is confirmed only after we confirm it and your payment is verified.

2. How delivery happens

Depending on the product, delivery is made on WhatsApp and/or by email, and can be one of the following:

• activation or upgrade on your own account/email,
• login details of an account prepared for you,
• a licence key, code, invite link or download link, or
• a service (for example WhatsApp API or Blue Tick assistance) carried out by our team.

The product page describes which method applies. Delivery is complete when the activation, details, key, link or service has been sent or carried out.

3. Delivery time

• Most orders are delivered within a few hours of payment verification during our support hours (6:00 AM – 12:00 AM IST, 7 days a week).
• Some products need provider processing or verification and can take up to 24–48 hours. Services such as WhatsApp API or Blue Tick follow the timeline shared with you at the time of order.
• If a product page or our WhatsApp message gives a specific timeline, that timeline applies.
• If we cannot deliver within 72 hours of payment verification (or within the timeline we gave you, if longer), you may choose to wait or ask for a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. What we need from you

• Correct name, WhatsApp number and email address.
• For activation on your own account: the correct account email and any access or verification step the provider requires.
• A prompt reply to our messages. Delays caused by missing or wrong information are not counted against our delivery time.

5. Check your order on delivery

Please check your product as soon as you receive it and tell us about any problem within 48 hours, with screenshots, so we can fix or replace it quickly. Issues that come up later during the validity period are handled under our Warranty & Replacement Policy.

6. Payment safety

We share payment details only from our official WhatsApp number +91 76106 20046 or our official email. We are not responsible for payments made to anyone else claiming to be AI Power Solutions. If you are unsure, message us on our official number before paying.
