Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data AI Power Solutions (“we”, “us”) collects when you use aipowersolutions.in or order from us on WhatsApp, why we collect it, who we share it with and what choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its provisions come into force.

1. Who is responsible for your data

AI Power Solutions, a sole proprietorship based in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh, India, decides how your personal data is used. Contact details are at the end of this policy.

2. Data we collect

Data you give us

• Name, WhatsApp/phone number and email address.
• Order details: products, plan, price and messages you send us.
• Payment information you share as proof of payment (for example a UPI transaction ID or screenshot). We do not ask for or store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking passwords.
• Activation details needed for your product, such as the email of the account to be activated.
• Support and feedback messages, including any screenshots you send.

Data collected automatically

• IP address, device, browser and operating system.
• Pages visited, clicks, scrolling and time on page.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as health, biometric or financial account credentials. Please do not send us such information.

3. Why we use your data

• To take, confirm, deliver and support your orders, including activation, replacements and refunds.
• To verify payments and prevent fraud or misuse.
• To reply to your questions and complaints.
• To keep records required for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
• To understand how visitors use our website and improve it.
• To measure our advertising, and to send offers only if you agree (you can opt out at any time).

We process this data because you asked us to provide a product or service, because you gave consent (for example for marketing or non-essential cookies), or because the law requires it.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed, with:

• Original product providers – only the details needed to activate or deliver your product (for example the email to be activated).
• Service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, WhatsApp, and the analytics and advertising tools listed below.
• Banks or payment providers – when checking a payment, refund or dispute.
• Authorities – when required by law, court order or to protect our rights or prevent fraud.

5. Analytics, advertising and messaging tools

• Microsoft Clarity – helps us understand how visitors use our website (clicks, scrolling and page interactions, through heatmaps and session recordings) so we can improve it. Microsoft processes this data under its Privacy Statement.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel / Meta for WooCommerce – measures visits and product interactions so we can measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta processes this data under its Privacy Policy.
• WhatsApp – orders and support happen on WhatsApp. When you place an order, your name, phone number, email and order details are sent to us in a WhatsApp message. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy.

These providers may process data on servers outside India.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep the cart and website working, remember preferences, understand traffic and measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the website, such as the cart, may not work without essential cookies.

7. How long we keep data

• Order details, WhatsApp/email order chats and product activation details: until the plan validity ends, plus 1 month (so we can handle warranty claims and payment disputes). After that they are deleted.
• Payment and invoice records: only as long as required by tax and accounting law.
• Marketing contact details: until you opt out.
• Analytics data: for the period set by the tool provider.

After this, we delete or anonymise the data unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

8. Security

We use reasonable security measures such as HTTPS, restricted access to order data and secure accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs that affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as required by law.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
• correct, complete or update your data;
• delete your data where it is no longer needed for the order or for legal reasons;
• withdraw your consent to marketing or other consent-based processing (this does not affect processing done before withdrawal);
• nominate a person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact our Grievance Officer, and, once available under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Children

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has given us data without such consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Other websites

Our website links to other sites (such as WhatsApp, Trustpilot and product providers). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when published here with a new “Last updated” date.
